What methods of payment do you accept?
- We securely accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All prices and orders are listed and processed in US Dollars.
ORDER:
1.How do I place an order?
- If your item comes in different sizes or colors, carefully choose your correct size or color choice before clicking "Add to Cart".
- You will then be directed to our shopping cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to enter shipping address to process your order.
2.Do I have to have an account to place an order?
- No, accounts are totally optional but recommended. Having an account provides incredible deals and discounts and special items.
3.How do I know that my order is confirmed?
- Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification.
- If you provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.
SHIPPING POLICY:
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Order time is calculated by processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.) Estimate between 7-14 days.
2. How can I track my order?
- As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information.
- After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your Loveziz account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
1.What is your return policy?
- Returns are accepted if you send us the new, unopened items to us within 30 days of delivery.
- Simply contact our support team if you have any questions regarding your return.
- For any product valued over $75 you should use a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
2.When will I receive the refund?
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
- The exact time can vary and is subject to your payment provider.
- All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
